How can I track my package?

What are the shipping times for your products?
In general, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery generally takes between 6 and 12 working days from the dispatch date. (Depending on periods, promotions and transport service).
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders.
I didn’t receive all the items in my order. What’s going on?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order includes items from two different warehouses, you will receive two separate deliveries. The remaining items will likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a message through the contact form on our website or email us at contact@heatrepublic.com, and we’ll send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
