Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@heatrepublic.com .
Shipping
Unless the goods are defective or shipped in error, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Right of Withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Heatrepublic is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, without charge, except for return shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Goods that you have opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Goods that are inseparable from other items.
- Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
